Refund policy

We understand that mistakes can happen! If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Cancellation Timing

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. However, if your order is processed or shipped within 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your order by contacting us via info@hobbydubby.com with your order number and request to cancel.

Cancellation and Modification for Personalized orders

Once an order for personalized products has been placed and involves any form of customization, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. Please ensure all details, including customizations, are correct before finalizing your order. We are unable to accommodate changes after the order has been submitted.

Cancellation of International orders

Once an international order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once the item is delivered.

Return

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need an unboxing video of the package received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We only accept return / replacement of items that are received damaged.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Record video while unboxing the order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customised products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. It is only for damaged products.

DELAYS DUE TO THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS

HobbyDubby is not responsible for delays in product delivery arising from third-party logistics challenges, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control. Consequently, refunds will not be provided for delays caused by such logistical factors.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@hobbydubby.com.

In certain cases, such as items returned in used or damaged condition, a partial refund may be issued.
